Today’s photo challenge letter is “L” so I decided to photograph our welcome mat.

TGIF!!!! Can I get an AMEN?!?!
This week’s photo challenge letter is “D” and I decided I would take a photo of my DESK before it leaves this evening. Our office space in our apartment is being converted into an official studio space for the business, so we have to get rid of all of the office furniture. My parents are graciously coming over this evening to haul it off and store it at their house. This desk actually has a little bit of a story and meaning behind it. When my great grandfather passed away several years ago, he left some money to my grandfather who decided that instead of keeping it all for himself, he wanted to divide it up among his grandchildren. He didn’t want to just hand us the money though (some of us were still a little young) so instead, he let us each pick out an item that we would like to have and he then bought it for us with that money. I had been wanting a desk for a very long time (because my older sister had one, so it must be cool, right?) so he took me to the store and we picked one out. Thank you grandpa!!!

It has been a few weeks since I have done “photo challenge Friday” due to the chaos of life. BUT, I am back! I am continuing my alphabet photo challenge by taking a photo of something in my home that starts with each letter of the alphabet. This week’s letter is “C” so I took a photo of a CARTON of eggs.

Today I started a new photo challenge project. I have decided to photograph the alphabet in and around my home. So, each week I will take a picture of either something that starts with the letter or actually forms the letter of that week. This will especially be a challenge on days such as x and z.
Today’s letter of course is A. The first photo shows a piece of ART work found in my home office. The zoomed in photograph shows AUSTRALIA which is an AWESOME country and would be AMAZING to visit one day…….. See what I did there?….. Lame, I know.
